Year 6 Initiative

The Year 6 classes helped generate two "walls" in the library that encourage sharing and discussions around reading.  We hope that lots of students and teachers will enjoy adding to this community wall.

Announcements

Harry Potter Read Aloud

Students from Years 4 to 6 are meeting at lunchtimes to enjoy the reading of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone. There are surprise guest readers, colouring sheets and, of course, the wonderful story itself.  The reading marathon will continue every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday until the book is complete!

Thank You Parent Volunteers!

A huge thanks to all the parent volunteers who helped us reorganize the primary section of the library last week.  We had over 20 parents rolling up their sleeves and helping us sort books, shove around shelves and organize mother tongue books into special language groupings.

Come visit the library and check out the new arrangement!
